I am more than pleased to announce our new student teacher, Claire Shurley (Miss Shurley) who already has her degree from the UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA in Ceramics! I am praying and hoping that she will do a ceramics lesson with our 7th graders, as they haven't yet gotten to their clay project. She is a kind and loving woman who will work well with our students here at JMS... and don't we all need a breath of fresh air every now and then!? She should be with us through May.
