The Ins and Outs of it...
The 7th graders studied the architect Jordan Mozer. We looked at his organic building designs (interior and exterior) and also at his paintings, sketches, and drawings. We all participated in a guided drawing as a preliminary for the two final pieces. These are done on watercolor paper with a pencil and an eraser... they will later add shading with colored pencils and finally a watercolor wash for the background. Well done 7th graders!
The Creatures are Coming!
I think that they are enjoying using their brains, thinking creatively, experimenting, and exploring, don't you!? These are our future engineers, developers, teachers, builders, designers, managers, and other problem solvers.
