Textural Cubes
The students have been studying Mark Langan, a cardboard artist, We looked at his corporate logos, all of which are formed with simple glue and recycled cardboard, a medium that can be found everywhere! The students were to make six 6" squares and then they created texture on each side. I have always had them only use cardboard and glue, but some seemed very excited about the possibility of using acrylic paint, book papers, and even the dreaded glitter. Who am I to stifle creativity!?
